Montana ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Montana Secretary of State requires that Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The forms are mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company each January. The Secretary of State offers online filing of the Annual Report.

Montana ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
